Saved drafts, voices, recipes and fact cards are stored on your device. When you explicitly generate, rewrite or adapt text, the selected text and context are sent to our server and its configured AI provider, DeepSeek, to fulfill your request. The generation endpoint does not store prompts or generated text in our database or application logs.
You can start without an email. We use a pseudonymous guest identifier, stored as a keyed digest on our server, to maintain your session and protect the service. If you create an email account, we process the account information needed to authenticate you. Session tokens are stored in the device Keychain.
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes your pseudonymous app user ID, purchase history, transaction and subscription status, and technical app/device information to verify purchases, restore access and manage entitlements. We do not receive your card details. Our server independently checks your RevenueCat subscription before performing AI work. Monthly and yearly subscriptions unlock Content Generator Pro. We do not send your draft text or email address to RevenueCat as subscriber attributes.
See RevenueCat's privacy policy and DeepSeek's privacy policy for their processing practices.
Limited technical diagnostics are sent to our self-hosted GlitchTip service to investigate errors. Diagnostics are configured to exclude writing content, email, request bodies and screen contents. If you voluntarily submit a support report, only the report information you explicitly provide is sent.
You can read, edit, copy and export saved drafts without an active subscription. You can delete your local writing and your guest session or account from Settings. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.
We do not use this app for cross-app advertising tracking or sell your writing. Contact hello@vexellabspro.com with privacy questions.
